Refund policy
Returns
We will gladly refund all goods up to 30 days from when the items have been delivered. Please note, all goods must be in their original packaging and in a re-sellable condition to qualify for a refund. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Unit 7 Kingfisher Way, 31 East Business Park, Todwick Road, Dinnington, Sheffield, S25 3AF.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Upon receipt of your order, carefully empty and check the entire contents of each box. Keep in mind that smaller items, might be packed inside larger items for added security. Please check your order and report any damage or discrepancies within three days of receipt. If the goods within the order are faulty or contain incorrect or damaged items, please contact us as soon as possible with photographic evidence of the error or damage, by providing the requested images above, our team can rectify any issues as soon as possible.
Please note, do not dispose of any damaged or incorrect items as we may need to collect your goods in order to replace them.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
