Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Gen-C Ltd. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipping of products purchased from our store.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

We aim to dispatch all order the same day, if placed before 12pm, and on a next working day tracked service. Please note, this excludes orders placed over the weekends and UK bank holidays.

 You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods

Our UK  shipments are shared between different carriers depending on their destination and the service selected. At Gen-C we ship to various destinations, with the aim to get your parcel to you in the most efficient, safe and secure way.

If you do wish to place an order for collection, please contact our team directly at enquiries@gen-c.co.uk and a member of our team will be able to assist. To avoid disappointment, we always recommend contacting us first before arriving to collect an order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and area. You will see the total shipping cost before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order’s progress through the courier’s tracking portal.

Delivery Issues

Damaged or Defective Items

Please examine the products as soon as reasonably possible after delivery or collection and notify us of any fault or damage as soon as reasonably possible, and in any event within 48 hours. If upon inspection the goods are damaged or have manufacturing defects and you fit the goods, then this will be deemed acceptance of the products and you will not be able to return them.

Returns
